Attention WCPS Families: Georgia Classroom, created through a partnership between Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) and the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), is a free resource designed to support your child’s learning. It provides high-quality videos, lessons, and activities that are directly aligned with Georgia’s state standards. Students can use it to review topics, explore new ideas, and stay engaged in subjects like math, reading, science, and social studies. Today was Transportations Day for our Pre-K and Kindergarten students. Zero the Hero is our special math friend who visits every 10th day of school to help us count by tens all the way to 100! Mrs. Powell's first grade class celebrated our 10th day in style — making a fun Zero the Hero craft and enjoying a yummy zero-shaped snack.
